Ingredients: Domestic dried cultivated Maitake.
Succulent, Fowl Flavor and Semi Firm Texture
Also called Hen of the Woods, known to have a rich earthy flavor similar to chicken. Best used with vegetables, fish or chicken.
* To Rehydrate: Soak in 2 cups of lukewarm water for 1 to 2 hours until pliable. Strain and save liquid to use as a stock. It's recommended to remove as much water as possible before cooking.
